Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process involves preparing of brine from the raw salt through multiple washing stages. The slurry then undergoes centrifugation process for filtration that results in the production of salt cakes that are free from impurities like iron and other insoluble’s including calcium and magnesium. These salt cakes are then dried in the fluidized bed dryer and after iodization, sieved for proper granular size and mixed with free flowing agent. Thereafter, the pure final product is obtained.
